The Datacenter Disruption Dashboard is Collins Research Portal’s source-linked tracker of disruptions affecting datacenter infrastructure and cloud services. It follows the Energy Disruption Monitor’s regional ledger, source review and recovery-assessment approach.

Scope and method
Track reported power and backup-power failures, cooling and water-supply interruptions, fire and flood damage, connectivity and hardware failures, software and configuration incidents, sabotage, attacks, planned maintenance, repairs and restoration. Facility damage, service interruption, capacity impact and data integrity are assessed separately.
Regional tabs cover Russia & Ukraine, Middle East, Europe, Latin America, North America, Africa and Southeast Asia. All regions includes remaining geography under Other regions. Russia and Ukraine are excluded from Europe; Middle East scope takes precedence. Geographic inclusion does not establish responsibility.
Historical research scope begins 1 January 2020. Coverage is selective, not a complete inventory or live availability guarantee. Incident, report, discovery and assessment dates remain distinct. Unknown damage, capacity loss and recovery timing remain unknown. Service unavailability is not proof of data loss; service restoration is not proof of completed facility repair.
Editorial control: Only owner-approved assessments enter the reader-facing incident ledger. Pending candidates, prepared drafts, audit detail, raw evidence and editing remain private. The public ledger contains approved assessments and expands as additional reports are reviewed. No recurring datacenter collection schedule has been activated.
