The Energy Disruption Dashboard is Collins Research Portal’s source-linked tracker of attacks, outages, disruption and recovery affecting oil, gas and electricity infrastructure. It brings regional incident ledgers, source review and recovery assessments together in one research tool, with historical coverage beginning on 24 February 2022.

Scope and method

The monitor covers seven regions: Russia & Ukraine, the Middle East, Europe, Latin America, North America, Africa and Southeast Asia. Records are organized across the energy chain, including upstream production, midstream transport and storage, downstream refining, and power infrastructure.

Use the regional tabs and search filters to explore the incident ledger. Open a facility record to inspect its evidence, reported operating impact, repair outlook and assessment history. The monitor also includes repair and recovery, satellite evidence, sources, and method sections. Use Export CSV inside the monitor to download records for further analysis.

This is a growing, selective inventory; coverage is uneven across regions. Assessments describe conditions as of the cited report and should not be read as live facility status. Reported fire, shutdown and physical destruction are distinct observations. Event records and aggregate reports are counted separately, and regional groupings do not imply a particular perpetrator.
